What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?
When writing to us or installing the app, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mobile number, mailing address or other details to help you with your experience. GPS location is reported on the server by the "dayTrack" app. The dayTrack app accesses the location in the background in order to update your location for the administrator on the web-panel and it is used to calculate the distance travelled by you during your working hours. Your company may pay your travelling bills (when travelled by personal vehicle) based on the GPS logs. It will also be used to validate the business visits/meetings you have done during the working hours. The "dayTrack" will only collect and share your GPS location when you mark your attendance as "Present". The dayTrack app will keep recording and updating it till the time you mark your day over even when the app is running in the background which means when you are off duty then you can mark your day over to stop GPS location reporting on the server, you have the right to do this when needed. Only your team leader/reporting manager as set by the administrator and the administrator can access these GPS logs, travel path and the distance travelled details.
The dayTrack app will ask you to upload or capture your photo using the device camera while marking the attendance as present, this will be used to validate your attendance. The app will ask you to upload/capture the image using the device camera of the expense bill to claim the reimbursement. You will also have the option to upload the captured image during your visit to the client, this image will be used by the administrator to verify your visit.
